<h3><u><b>SECTION (1): Resetting your forgotten password using the Lutron App</b></u></h3>
<br><u><b>Step 1</b></u><br><span style='font-size: 16px;'>For customers who have forgotten their passwords you want to select “Forgot your password?” on this screen.</span><br><br><img alt='image.png' src='https://lutron.my.salesforce-sites.com/publicknowledge/servlet/rtaImage… 2</b></u><br><span style='font-size: 16px;'>After selecting “Forgot your password?” This is the next screen that will appear. Enter your email address and select Send instructions to reset password that will then be emailed to the account you entered. It is important to understand what email is linked to the hub (formerly bridge) as you will have to enter that again when you recover the password and sign in again.</span><br><br><br><img alt='image.png' src='https://lutron.my.salesforce-sites.com/publicknowledge/servlet/rtaImage… 3</b></u><br><span style='font-size: 16px;'>This is the next status that will be seen after selecting “Send instructions to reset password” from the previous screen. At this point the customer can check their email for the instructions to be sent. This screen just informs you to look for the email that should be sent. If you do not receive the reset email you may want to confirm that you did not type the email in wrong or send it to the wrong email address.</span><br><br><br><img alt='image.png' src='https://lutron.my.salesforce-sites.com/publicknowledge/servlet/rtaImage… 4</b></u><br>T<span style='font-size: 16px;'>his is what the email that you will receive will look like. You want to select the <u><b>Change Password</b></u> hyperlink or you can copy and paste the link shown below that in a web browser.</span> <br><br><br><img alt='image.png' src='https://lutron.my.salesforce-sites.com/publicknowledge/servlet/rtaImage… 5</b></u><br><span style='font-size: 16px;'>This is the next screen that should appear after selecting the options from the email. Enter the new password in twice to confirm it along with following the password criteria listed below it. Then select Change my password below. It is important to take note of the new password entered here as you will need this to sign back into the app.</span><br><br><img alt='image.png' src='https://lutron.my.salesforce-sites.com/publicknowledge/servlet/rtaImage… 6</b></u><br><span style='font-size: 16px;'>After selecting “Change my password” from the previous screen this would be the next and final screen in the process which should display that it has been changed successfully. You can then go to the Lutron app and select the “Sign In “ option and enter your email and new password in order to sign back into your system. Then Select Sign In. The criteria for the new password is listed on the screen. Then enter your current password for verification reasons and select update.
