The Palladiom process is now the same as the process for ordering other Lutron keypad families by using the Engraving Report. This allows the you to select the products required at the time of ordering engraving by simply clicking on/off the desired check boxes (instead of the previous process of adjusting a property on the design screen).</span></p>
